Grantham South

Its been a while, so I thought I would post some pictures I took today while out in my home town Grantham.

An alleyway at the back of a house Michelle and I looked at as an investment purchase. Nothing to odd about this alleyway, apart from the big ivy bush growing over the top of the out house at the back of the property we looked at.

On closer inspection we noticed that the wall was in fact bowing so much that it is in danger of falling over real soon. In fact if it wasn't for the ivy roots holding the wall together I suspect it would have fallen over by now.

An old Malting's building just off London Road in need of some investment. It's been in this condition for as long as I can remember.

The light that hangs over the door of the old Odd House pub that has been converted into a private house on Fletcher street

Fletcher street seems to be the place to sell a flat. Only one left on it seems

Oops
I spotted this poor car that isn't going very far. The local authority don't take kindly to someone parkimng in front of some garages. The car also had a sticker on tha front seet stating that the Vehicle didn't have any road tax.

Finally this picture is just for Chris my brother who is presently serving in Afghanistan with the British Army.

Chris when you find your self with nothing to do and your thoughts waft back to Grantham. You can gaze on this picture with fond memories of days gone by and think of the number of times you passed through this building
